Rhonda Reid’s career is dedicated to understanding and delivering client satisfaction. As VP of Business Development, she brings a wealth of professionalism from her 30 + years’ of navigating through every aspect of janitorial service delivery, crossing over to commercial real estate & facilities-related management positions. These perspectives, uniquely combined, routinely result in creative client solutions. Collaboration and transparency deliver great opportunities to partner well, which supports a primary SELECT objective.
She is a SELECT “go-to” resource with responsibility for Client Relations. Rhonda began her career with one of the nation’s top five janitorial companies, later working with the second largest direct-hire outsourcing provider in the U.S.
On the real estate side, she experienced first-hand the challenges of managing commercial real estate (ARCO Oil & Gas – a.k.a. Energy Plaza) and directing in-house facility services for the world’s largest wholesale facility (11 million square feet of The Dallas Market Center when owned by Trammell Crow Company). Her diverse experience contributes much to innovation, quality control and branding for the SELECT team. Rhonda is an active member of BOMA Greater Dallas, BOMA Fort Worth, DFW IFMA, IREM, and USGBC where she is involved in committees, fundraisers, and special events. She also speaks at industry-related green cleaning and sustainability workshops for industry associations and client companies.
