There is an entire team of SELECT Performance Managers dedicated to continual improvement, challenged by our internal culture to find ways to deliver service that is better today than the day before. The goal is set, and from Day 1 - their responsibility is to maintain Quality Control as a defining characteristic and considered a significant component to be consistently provided for each service delivery.
