Stephen Farr is a second-generation professional in the commercial cleaning business. As President of SELECT, he is well suited to guide the company and partner with clients using his 35 years’ experience in the janitorial industry. Prior to starting SELECT, Stephen was a partner in a large regional janitorial company with annual revenues that exceeded $40 million. He is passionate about producing exceptional results in service and fostering long term partnerships with our clients, while maintaining a strong commitment to enhancing the legacy his father and uncle began years ago. There is much to be said for learning this business from the ground up. For Stephen, the journey has become a life-long dedication to improve and elevate the level of professionalism in one of the most challenging industries around.
Along with everyone on the SELECT Management team, Stephen maintains his IICRC Certification. As a member of the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA) since 1985, Stephen has served on the BOMA Social Committee and is also a member of The Real Estate Council (TREC). A graduate of the Associate Leadership Council, Stephen is also a member of Friends of IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) and a current member of International Facility Management Association (IFMA).
