Seasonal, temporary or as an addition to building staff, SELECT offers the following specific skill sets in addition to janitorial services:
- Supplemental Maintenance/Engineering Staff – upon request
- Event Staffing/Porter Services – holiday parties, tenant events
- may require more hands-on deck pre, during or post event.
- Sustainability Cleaning Conversion – should the need rise to convert from the standard operating procedures for cleaning to a sustainable program such as one to support a LEED certification, SELECT offers Performance Managers who are qualified LEED GA’s to reorganize and run your site services.
- E-Waste Recycling Events – These are ideal campaigns for Earth Day or anytime throughout the year when you want to enhance Tenant Sustainability efforts.
- Dedicated Tenant Services – Porter or Maid service is available
- Emergency Staffing – any additional staff needed for building emergency staffing – broken pipes, floods, etc.
- Specialty Procurement - Recycle Cans, Recycle Systems, Dispensers for public or private restrooms, cafeterias, breakroom can be custom ordered and re-billed.
- Arrange and supervise donations for not-for-profit charities
