Medical office buildings (MOB) are office and clinic facilities, often located near hospitals or on hospital campuses, specifically constructed and designed for use by physicians and other health care personnel to examine and consult with patients.
Cleaners are required to follow a completely advanced protocol for procedures, product usage, personal hygiene, advanced sensitivity training and public service hospitality-type training to ensure sensitivity and awareness are always present. Certain locations have specific treatment centers that vary anywhere from transplant monitoring services to chemo treatment rooms. Surgical centers are not typical to this environment, but Conference Centers, Training rooms, Physical Therapy centers, Chapels and some off-limit Radiology areas are common.
